Egypt opens border for Nigerian students fleeing Sudan, says FG
The Egyptian government has now allowed Nigerian students who are trying to leave the conflict in Sudan to return home across its borders.

The conflict erupted following weeks of power battles between the two generals who took control in a coup in 2021: Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, the head of the Sudanese army, and Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, who is in charge of the potent paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF).
