Femi Otedola, a billionaire and serial investor, has exited his 6% stake in Transcorp Plc after reaching a deal with Elumelu to exit the company.
Tony Elumelu, group chairman of Transnational Corporation Plc (Transcorp), expressed excitement about working with Femi Otedola, a billionaire businessman from Nigeria, at Transcorp.
Mr Elumelu acquired 9.69 billion shares through his investment company, HH Capital Limited, which previously held 293.98 million shares in Transcorp.
