President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the Federal Government’s takeover’ of the Gombe State Airport.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe state who disclosed this to State House correspondents after meeting with the President at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, said the planned takeover of the airport would be in the best interest of the facility as it would ensure the availability of the needed funding for its maintenance throughout its lifespan.
